The apartment is conveniently located in walking distance from one of the famous beaches of Phuket - Rawai, which is a home harbor for many boats departing for surrounding beautiful islands! Within 200 meters there’s everything you might need during your holidays or business trip: restaurants with Thai & European food, convenience stores, bars, motorbike and car rental agencies, laundry, massage shops etc.

Our apartment is located on the 1th floor that gives and easy access to the swimming pool and parking area and it is well designed to become your holiday home in Phuket. It provides a bed for two & pull-out sofa bed which makes the apartment really suitable for both couples and families! You’ll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation:

- Dedicated high speed internet free of charge ;

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need during your stay;

- High quality electric appliances in great variety: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, safe box, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer etc.

The complex is located just a few meters away from Rawai beach, on the very south side of the island. Please note that Rawai beach is famous for it's developed infrastructure and unique seafood market but not for great swimming or other beach style activities. The waters of the bay are shallow and highly depend on tides. The beach has become home harbor for many local boats that take tourists to the nearby islands. So you don't see many people swimming in the waters of Rawai beach except for local kids and boat crew heading to their vessels. A great variety of coastline restaurants and truly outstanding seafood market made Rawai a popular dining destination for both tourists and local residents. Yanui beach, famous for it's great snorkeling, is just 1.7km away, a 3-4 minute ride by car or bike or about 25 minutes on foot. Naiharn beach, listed as Phuket's best beach by a number of media resources, is only 3 km away, which won't take more than 5 minutes by car or by bike:
