The apartment is conveniently located right in the conglomeration of all the touristic and residential infrastructure. Within 300 meters there’s literally everything one might need during the vacation stay: convenience stores, bars, restaurants, motorbike and car rental shops, laundry and massage etc. In spite of being so close to the center of nightlife & entertainment the neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and secure.

Our apartment located on the 4th floor and it is well designed to become your holiday home in Phuket. It provides a bed for two & pull-out sofa bed which makes the apartment really suitable for both couples and families! You’ll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation:

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you may need during your stay;

- High quality electric appliances in great variety: vacuum cleaner, safe box, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, stove, hair dryer etc.

The condominium is ideally designed for a joyful and comfortable stay, featuring some outstanding recreational and residential facilities.

- Air conditioned designed indoor gym is under renovation now, cannot be used during the stay at the moment. As a temporary solution there is a fitness room at your service in the building!!!;

The condominium is wisely located on a lush and tranquil hillside at the border where the real jungle meets the concrete jungle, providing ease of access to all the infrastructure of world class resort city of Patong on one side, and fresh cool air coming from the hillside on the other side. Although you are just minutes away from the center of nightlife and entertainment, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet.

P.S. Please keep in mind, the district is being actively developed so there are some construction sights in the surrounding areas which might affect the overall look of the neighborhood.
