Although you are just minutes away from the center of nightlife and entertainment, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet.

Important notice: There is a short steep hill from the main road to the condominium. It's not a problem if you are in good physical condition or plan to rent a bike or a car. However it may be really difficult to walk up the hill for elderly people and small children.
